Order Cancellations Please submit any cancellation via email to customerservice@dreamboxusa. Be sure to include the following in your email: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate a cancellation request providing your order has not yet been processed and shipped out. We will notify you within 24 hrs. of your request as to whether your order could be cancelled. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled. Any order that is refused by the customer upon delivery attempt will be assessed a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the order total. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return Policy DreamBox USA offers a 14-day warranty return policy for all products purchased directly from DreamBoxUSA. Defective or faulty units will be repaired or replaced. All returned items require a DreamBoxUSA RMA number. Please contact customer service via email at customerservice@dreamboxusa.com for a RMA number prior to returning the item. Our technician will assess the problem to determine whether or not the item is truly defective or faulty and if a return is required. Returned items need to be shipped back in the original box with all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories. Once the return is received, a techinician will evaluate and assess the return. Should an item be found "not defective with no problem found", a $20.00 service charge will be charged on the return for assessing the item. Defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge and shipped back to the customer. Satellite Receivers must be returned un-modified. Modified satellite receivers will not be accepted for any warranty return service. Should a receiver be returned modified, the customer will be responsible for return shipping back to the customer as well as a $20.00 service charge for assessing the item. Terms of Use The buyer agrees to hold DreamBoxUSA, its owners, employees and affiliates free of any claims, actions, legal and/or court fees brought against him/her in connection with any use/misuse of any product(s) ordered from this web site. The buyer also agrees to hold distributors free from any and all claims and disputes from third parties resulting from improper use (ex: hacking or pirating encoded pay satellite signal) of the equipment furnished by the distributor, including but not limited to attorney fees and/or court costs. By placing any order with us, you agree to these conditions.
